Q. Where are you located? A. We are based in Sheffield and cover South Yorkshire & Derbyshire, however if you live further a field, please do not hesitate to ask if we can cover. Q. Are you insured? A. Yes, we are fully insured, although we would like to think a need would never arise as we are professionally trained to take the utmost care of your appliance and your home. Q. How long will the cleaning take? A. This will depend on the size of your oven / the services you require. Generally speaking 1-2 hours is normal. Ask us when you book for an accurate timescale. Q. Are there any dangerous fumes or does it smell? A. No, we only use non-caustic and non-toxic products in your home, which are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Therefore, there are no fumes or odours. Q. How soon can I use my oven after the clean? A. Your oven can be used immediately. Q. How can I pay? A. We accept cash or cheque and payment is due on completion of your clean.
